Founder and Managing Director Paul Chiu and Executive Director SN Chu both had over 18 years in 5-star hotel management positions before they dedicated themselves to PC Tours.

Paul's years as Director of Sales and Marketing at the legendary Mandarin Oriental Hotel laid the groundwork of strong marketing and operation skills which took PC Tours into the leadership of its field. He is a very well-known figure in the Hong Kong travel community and has been honoured to serve it as a member of the Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Tourism Board.

SN was Director of Sales and Marketing of the Excelsior Hotel and then Resident Manager. He is creative, an innovator and a moving force behind PC Tours' expansion. He is an Executive Committee Member of the Hong Kong Association of Travel Agents and the Co-Chairperson of their Inbound Committee.

Our Marketing Team is a talented group of men and women who have been together for over ten years. They source and compare the most competitive rates for every destination. They compile a thorough and speedy response to every proposal. They have suggestions which bring a real lustre to an itinerary. They maintain a close oversight of all booking details. Experience has taught them where to go looking for problems before they have appeared.
